How to Register and Booking Process

Step 1

For Escorted Tours read our Escorted Tour Terms and Conditions.

For Self Guided Packages read our Self Guided Packages Terms and Conditions.

Step 2

Proceed to the tour you are interested in and locate the Booking Form in the box on the top right-hand side of the page. For Escorted Tours, select the tour date from the drop-down list. For the Self-Guided Packages, select a start date from the calendar. Then click the button to Proceed Booking and fill out each field of the form.

Step 3

Escorted Tours: You will receive a registration confirmation email within 3 business days which will include instructions on how to book flights, payment information, and forms to fill out to notate dietary restrictions and Early Arrival Extended Stay accommodation requests. We will reserve the appropriate number of seats on the tour for you. Each Escorted Tour registrant will receive a 14-day grace period from the day they register. During this time, tour reservations can be cancelled for any reason. Cancellations must be received in written form by email, fax or mail. You may pay your $500 USD deposit to hold your seats for your tour at any time during this grace period.

Self-Guided Tours: Upon receipt of your registration, we will create a proposal for your requested tour. We require a $250 non-refundable deposit per person to confirm your booking. Once we receive your deposit, we will email your confirmation packet, which will include a medical questionnaire, waiver, flight arrival and departure form, and tour terms and conditions for you to review, fill out and return.

Step 4

For Escorted Tour participants, by the end of the 14-day grace period, a non-refundable $500 USD deposit per person is required. The links to our secure payment page and our Credit Card Authorization form will be included in your registration confirmation email. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Once we receive your deposit, we will email your confirmation package, which will include a medical questionnaire, waiver, flight arrival and departure form, and tour terms and conditions for you to review, fill out and return.

Step 5

Final tour payments are due 60 days prior to the departure date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in you being dropped from the tour.
