For all tours, you have the option to cancel for future travel credit (including a discount) or receive a refund for any tour we have to cancel. If you have to cancel the tour, you will need to submit a claim to the travel insurance company. If you are an international customer, or you have opted out of the travel insurance, you are subject to the cancellation policy as described in the Terms and Conditions in the event you have to cancel.
The future travel credit issued will be for the entire amount paid. If you select a new tour with a cost that exceeds your travel credit, you will be responsible for paying the difference in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Alternatively, if you select a new tour with a cost that is lower than your travel credit, we will issue you a refund for the difference.
Final payments are still due on the pre-defined due date, unless you choose to use the travel with confidence policy and we issue you a travel credit prior to your final payment due
