Enjoyed the variety of locations and sites. The optional Tokyo tour to the Outer Market was not particularly interesting. Crowded and some places closed for Golden Week. I could have skipped it

All good. Especially liked Toshi and Ken. They were extremely well prepared and very open to answering questions. Both very personable.

Overall, the handbook has a good amount of detail. However, the handbook had several confusing sections related to baggage forwarding that were inconsistent with the forwarding summaryin Appendix C. For example, the narrative for May 9 said bags would be sent to Kyoto when they were really going to Hiroshima. Our guide needed to make a call to your office to get this cleared up.

Appreciated having all the tickets organized and shared with us. There was very good communication about when we needed to be ready and what to carry for the day. No issue with logistics.

Loved the public transportation. I would suggest being clear that you will need to be carrying the overnight bag for 20-30 minutes at a time in some cases. This means either a roller bag or backpack. If that information is on your website it is hard to find. Maybe adding to the itinerary would be a good idea as well.
