I cannot praise this company highly enough. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner.

Itinerary

Everything was explained in detail on the itinerary, so that we felt confident exploring Japan on our own.

Lodging

The hotel was perfect in every way: perfect location with the temple and amusement park as landmarks, terrific breakfast, amazing hot spring bath, comfortable rooms, close to a subway. The staff made us feel very welcome.

Food

The breakfast offered a wide-variety of foods and the servers were all cheerful and welcoming.

Guides

Each of our guides were extremely helpful. We particularly enjoyed \"Charlie\" and his great sense of humor as our guide for Tokyo.

Pre-Tour Handbook

We never had any doubt as to the expectations of us as a group and what we would see and do in Japan.

Tour Organization

Excellent organization. Very thorough planning.

Tour Transportation

Charlie even gave us each 1000 yen and had us practice adding funds to the SUICA cards. We felt confident during all of our travel modes.
