It was an unforgettable trip. I saw a lot, I learned a lot, and I experienced a lot.
Itinerary
I liked the fast-paced itinerary. It suited me very well.
Lodging
All accommodations were fantastic. The size of the rooms was just right. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having a ToTo washlet everywhere was very useful. I want to have one at my home, too. The Onsens were amazing.

Guides
All guides were amazing. We had Shuji, Hiro, Kaiko, Kaodi, Hiro, Yuko, Fuji, Mariko and Hiro. They were all very knowledgeable, kind, caring and funny. Most of them gave us detailed schedules and information in writing about the plan in the area. Hiro in Takayama and Kaodi in Koyasan did extra hiking with the two of us. I want to recognise this as a very selfless act. They could have had their free time instead of taking us hiking in the area. I just had a slight disappointment in Sapporo and Noboribetsu. Our tour guide was Fujii, who graciously took on this portion of the trip because nobody was available at that time. He told us that he didn\'t have too much experience in that area. In addition, he was so worried about our well-being that he would rather keep us close to himself all the time. We had a wonderful dinner at the Beer Garden in Sapporo. The next morning, we thought we were going to the Nijo Fish Market, the Odori Park and the Tanuki Shopping Arcade. In the morning, Fujii said that instead of staying in Sapporo, we would head to Shiraoi to visit the Upopoy Ainu Museum and Village (it was the plan for the following day), and handed out our tickets. He reasoned that one of our travel mates would not be able to walk that distance that was planned for the morning in Supporo. The person in question told us that he/she didn\'t ask for the cancellation of the morning tour, and Fujii should not have blamed it on him/her. We enjoyed the Upopoy Ainu Museum, but I had a slight regret about what happened. Then we should have taken a tour in Jigokudani, but Fujii didn\'t mention it. He just told us that there are a lot of bears in the area, and it would be better if we were relaxing at the hotel\'s Onsen. We only knew about it because it was in the itinerary. In addition, I was aware of it because I had hiked there two years prior. After that Fujii followed the itinerary.
Pre-Tour Handbook
The Tour book and the Japan History book are amazing. They ignited my interest, and I will reread them more carefully.
Tour Organization
The tour was extremely well organized. Everything went by the clock. It would be impossible to do it on our own without the guides. We would waste a lot of time trying to find our way.
Tour Transportation
It was great experiencing the various types of transportation that Japan can offer. Sending our luggage and using it as storage space was a fantastic idea. We could handle our night and day packs easily.
