An excellent and very enjoyable tour. Well done. I would prefer not to comment on Facebook as they will never leave me alone.

Itinerary

One day less in Kyoto and more time in Hakone might be an improvement. We did not take the day trip to Tsumago as we needed a break.

Lodging

Only the hotel in Matsumoto was a little tired. The locations were all very good. THe ryokans were particularly good.

Food

Food in the ryokans was excellent.

Guides

All very good and very keen to understand our interests.

Pre-Tour Handbook

Only a couple of issues, we were confused when looking for the sign to Nagaden Station as it is very high. Charlie in Tokyo clarified our tickets and put them in dated dedicated envelopes which was a big help.
