Loved the detailed itinerary. It was crystal clear every step of the way

Awesome. We loved every place we stayed. I was especially delighted at how inexpensive it was for William and I to each have our own room!

I wasn\'t sure how my autistic son would handle guides, so we only used Inoue San. He was awesome and set us up for success the entire trip, explaining the transportation system so thoroughly, how to reload our Suica Card etc.,

Here are my only constructive comments. It was awesome that you could customize one of the off the shelf self-guided tours for our truncated schedule. I wish you had forwarned me that the automated registration form you sent for the group tours still applied to us...I was very confused when it showed up in my inbox, but reflected none of the conversation I had with Martin, It would have been good if you said, You will be getting an electronic form we use with our group tours, but we still want you to complete the form....we are not confused that you are joining a group tour. I think the electronic form generated that invoice with the incorrect amount, which is how I ended up sending too much money for the tour. It would have been good if you said, Ignore that invoice we are going to send you one for your customized trip. It was confusing because we had not even decided what we were going to shave off the normal 14 day trip to accommodate our schedule. When you told me that it would cost $600 dollars more to have two rooms, I tacked $600 to that invoice and sent it in...and ended up overpaying. Of course, it would have been nice to have the itinerary a little earlier. Hopefully, these comments will not make you think it is a hassle to customize self guided tours for shorter stays....your system of doing things is amazing and I would recommend your company to anyone. I will sing your praises off the highest mountains! The trip itself could not have been any better or smoother.

Having the guide go with us to JR and set up all the reserved seats we would need was awesome. I am not sure how long it would have taken me to figure that out on my own
