Very disappointing with no airport greeting & taxi waiting on arrival. My flight was on time and I had to wait over 2hrs for a taxi not a good 1st impression

Baggage transfer would be better if O/night only. Packing for 3 nights from Kyoto to Haneda airport was ridiculous.
