Pre-Tour Handbook

Tour organization was generally good but we were given instructions to take a shuttle bus from Itami airport to Osaka. Shuttle buses go to Kyoto not Osaka. However, a taxi driver was there to take us to the hotel. In addition, when we were leaving the tour guide had the wrong travel information for us; they thought we were leaving by train at 8:15 for Narita from Osaka when in reality we had a flight from Itami airport at 2:10 pm, which would have meant an 11 am start time for Osaka, Better communication between the Denver and Kyoto offices would be helpful.
