Very thorough. We had the info downloaded, and a couple of times on the tour and on our independent part we were able to refer back to it. It all helped answer questions before we even knew to ask them, and helped us avoid faux pas. We were amazed and grateful for the detail- e.g. exactly where to find the transfer guides from the airport to Tokyo and what to do if they were not there. A small FYI- the description of our train tickets to Magome did not exactly match reality- I think it said "ticket 1, 2," etc but they were not numbered- but we figured it out- almost called Tammy, but in the end the guides had trained us well and we figured it out.
