This was our second independent tour for us by Samuraitours and just like the first one, EVERYTHING worked perfectly and exceeded our expectations. I don’t know you did but even after expecting the best you were able to outdo yourselves again. You’ve made so many great memories for us. Thank you.

Itinerary

Excellent itinerary that met all our requirements. In retrospect I would have liked fewer days where we stayed only one night. But I thought that going in and couldn’t figure out what to drop and we couldn’t extend it any longer. So this was not a problem with the tour at all. We just packed it to the max!

Lodging

Fabulous is an understatement. The lodging was amazing and each place was better than the next. The onsens were all very unique and added measurably to the trip. And the lodging in Hakodate as well was as huge welcome surprise. The Ryokan in Miyajima was extremely wonderful with a great room, great food, and spectacular staff.

Food

All excellent again. The dinners at the ryokans in Miyajima and Matsushima were especially incredible.

Guides

Mr. Tanaka, who met us at the airport, did a great job explaining everything and getting our train tickets handled. He was charming and a great introduction to our trip.
